AgBio Inc. is master distributor for ChemTica International
S.A. (CTI) which was founded in 1991 to develop and market

CTI, a company of 50 employees, sells over 250 products in
45 countries and has many products under development. The
company has experienced strong growth fueled by its ability
keep abreast of new discoveries of insect pheromones then
to rapidly develop cost-effective syntheses, lures and use
strategies. The head chemist for CTI, Dr. A.C. Oehlschlager
was awarded the Silver Medal for lifetime achievement from
the Int. Soc. of Chemical Ecology in 2005.
In CTI’s facility in Costa Rica, lures are produced using
state of the art membrane release technology and are
fabricated on automated loading equipment under strict
